I am getting old now and over the years I have been watching the friends of my youth die way to young, some in accidents, but most in very avoidable circumstances, I started t think is there any hope left for my generation and then BOOM!!!!!!! next thing u know I start to read, watch and hear about the statistics of the young people in New Zealand that are no different to my generation, WHY are young people feeling that by ending there lives will fix what is happening in their lives WELL IT DONT and all it does is leaves more hurt confused young people that decide to take the same option, I call this the absence of hope effect…………..

the absence of hope leads to choices that are not wise, drugs, alcohol, sex, cutting and in extreme cases suicide, we live in such a PC world and am told we cant say this or do that, to give them a hug crosses boundaries, we teach people to deal with things by themselves, and how is that working out? the results are clear!!!! For me these blog entry’s are going to be about brining hope to those in dark places, to show light to those who need it and most of all to let people know of the truth that they are worth something……..
